Felix Lam

Head of Communications, ISM-HK

Felix is the Head of Sustainability at Green Council, where he promotes and advances corporate sustainability through various initiatives including trainings, seminars, membership programs, corporate awards, and consultancy services to help professionals and corporates adopt sustainable practices.


Previously, Felix worked in Towngas over 25 years in procurement, logistics & supply chain management. He led over 90 employees, responsible for centralized management of procurement, warehousing and logistics operations in Hong Kong and to monitor the joint purchase and supply chain operations for more than 130 JVs in Chinese Mainland. Last position was the Head of Corporate Supplies Department. 


As an experienced corporate trainer, consultant, and speaker, Felix has provided education and training, consultancy services, and speeches on supply chain sustainability and risk management, writing purchasing specification, circular economy, business ethics, UN SDGs, and other sustainability-related topics to various corporations and institutions.


He has been the Advisor & Member of The Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Hong Kong, Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and Council member of Institute for Supply Management HK for many years.

Kelvin Li, KSJ

Treasurer, ISM-HK

Kelvin is a current council member and the treasurer.


He is the Senior Business Adviser of Luen Thai Group, responsible for all special projects of Luen Thai Group covering Fishing and Tourism business. 


Through his various roles, Kelvin has developed a deep understanding of financial management, business transformation, strategic procurement, cost containment, credit management and policy development and compliance.


Kelvin is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.  He is also a council member of the Corporate Travel Community.

Danny Ho

Council Member, ISM-HK

Danny is currently employed as an assistant professor within the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, having previously served as a teaching and research staff member at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.


Danny has produced over 80 academic papers, including journal papers, conference papers, research monographs, book chapters, book reviews, and trade journal papers. He is also the co-author of two books, “Supply Chain Decarbonisation: Organisation and Product Carbon Footprint” and “Supply Chain Decarbonisation: A carbon footprint toolkit for logistics and transportation”. His current research activities focus on global supply chain management and sustainable development. His research has been published in international journals such as International Journal of Production Research, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, and Sustainability.


Danny also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research. He holds his Master of Science in the Management of Manufacturer from Coventry University (UK), his Master of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and his Doctor of Philosophy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.


Danny is passionate about promoting the Associate Professional in Supply Management (APSM) and Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) professional certification to students and young working adults, as a means of contributing to the professionalization of the supply management field.

Steven Wang

Council Member, ISM-HK

Steven is the Lululemon APAC Fulfilment Director who joined ISM Hong Kong 2 months ago. Before joining Lululemon, he has worked in LVMH Group for the last 10 years. He has earned rich experiences in APAC Logistics Operation / Fulfilment and Supply Chain throughout his almost 30 years of academic and professional career. His specialties within Supply Chain includes warehouse management, freight forwarding, 3PL selection, inventory management, demand planning, after-sales service, quality compliance, trade compliance, etc. and the industries he has been focused in are Fashion/Retail/Luxury.


Steven would like to be elected as the Council Member of ISM-HK so he can carry on this ambition to strengthen the supply management community in Hong Kong and in Asia.

Alison Hung

Council Member, ISM-HK

Alison has extensive experience in Direct and Indirect Procurement across different business sectors. Currently, she is leading the Group Procurement Services team at AS Watson.


Her expertise is in driving corporate sustainable savings, contract negotiations, supplier and category management. She holds MBA from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and CPSM.
