ISM-HK CPSM Exam Preparatory Course prepares you for the 3 modules of CPSM exams. Our course aims to explain the theories and practical implications of the modules, provide exam skills tips and practices for candidates to ace the three exam papers. What is
CPSM?
The Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation is a professional certification administered by The Institute for Supply Management (ISM), who publishes the world renowned Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) in US. CPSM qualification is created for supply management professionals who are forward thinking and wish to boost knowledge, skills and career through a greater understanding of all supply chain related components.
Recognition
CPSM®s indicate that they have mastered the supply management body of knowledge.
Current evolution of the profession dictates that a strategic level certification is needed for professionals to effectively implement innovative supply chain strategies throughout their entire organization.

The Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certifies that you have key knowledge and skills in areas such as finance, supplier relationship management, organization global strategy and risk compliance and that you are a leader in the supply chain management profession.
Purpose
Exam 1:
Supply Management Core
(180 questions, 3 hours)

Coverage: sourcing, category management, negotiation, legal and contractual, supplier relationship management, cost and price management, and financial analysis.

Exam 2:
Supply Management Integration
(165 questions, 2 hours & 45 minutes)
​
Coverage: supply chain strategy, sales and operations planning – demand planning, sales and operations planning – forecast planning, sales and operations planning – product and service development, quality management, logistics and materials management, and project management.
Exam 3:
Leadership and Transformation in Supply Management

(165 questions, 2 hours & 45 minutes)
Coverage: strategy development, stakeholder engagement, people development and coaching, systems capability and technology, risk and compliance, corporate social responsibility and ethics.

Who can achieve the CPSM certification?

1. A minimum of 3 years full-time, professional supply management experience (non-clerical and nonsupport) with a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or international equivalent.
OR
5 years of full-time, professional supply management experience (non-clerical and nonsupport) without a qualified bachelor’s degree; and
​
2. Pass in 3 modules of CPSM® Exams.
