Jacky Hau

Council Member, ISM-HK

Jacky earned master's degrees in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Engineering. He has acquired the accreditations of CPSM Trainer, CPSM, and C.P.M. from ISM. Additionally, he is a senior member of ASQ (American Society for Quality).


He currently serves as a Council Member of ISM-HK and is eager to continue volunteering to support and promote the profession of procurement and supply chain management in ISM-HK. In the recent years, he has also served as an instructor and convener for the CPSM examination preparatory course, supporting candidates in obtaining CPSM accreditation.

Jeff Hoo

Council Member, ISM-HK

Jeff has served in the supply chain and logistics industry for over 20 years. With working experiences in Motorola, IBM and EWW (Eastern Worldwide), he developed solid skills in production planning, materials purchasing and control, as well as comprehensive knowledge and understanding of logistics industry. He handled various kinds of logistics projects which are including retail logistics, shop replenishment delivery, tobacco bonded warehouse, and cross boundary trucking services.


Besides, he also taught a series of supply chain subjects in the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University (Continuing School), and the Open University of Hong Kong in past several years.


With solid training and working experience in SCM, he is the professional member of HKLA , Chartered Member of CILT (UK). He owns a BA (Hons) and MBA from the

City University of Hong Kong, JD (Juris of Doctor) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Emma Zhou

Council Member, ISM-HK

Emma Zhou has solid experience in business operations and marketing field. She has been engaged in initiating the research and the implementing the environment-friendly activities, who has also been carrying on the project management of supply chain decarbonization, waste charging, recycling and sustainable operations. Furthermore, she has co-authored a book "Supply Chain Decarbonisation: A carbon footprint toolkit for logistics and transportation" published in Hong Kong Book Fair.


Being a council member, she wants to contribute to align ISM experts with other professional parties in Hong Kong and Mainland China.


She holds MBA (PolyU), MSc (HKBU), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Registered Lean Sigma Black Belt.

Dennis Lam

Council Member, ISM-HK

Dennis has had worked in supply chain field under different sectors for over 15 years covering direct and indirect procurement. In the past, he has worked in the areas of Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality Management and Commodity Management with multinational companies in his career. He is currently the Procurement Manager for Inchcape, a leading international transport vehicle distributor and life cycle servicing company.


He is a holder of Master of Science in Engineering Management and Bachelor of Applied Science in Metals and Material Engineering. He has been an ISM council member and holds the credential of CPSM since 2011.

Nicolas Insixiengmay

Council Member, ISM-HK

Insixiengmay is the Principal Manager – Commercial & Supply Chain at CLP Power where he is leading the indirect procurement organization.   


With a distinguished career spanning 15+ years across four locations, he has held key procurement roles in prominent companies such as Ferrero, Bouygues and Alstom, overseeing a diverse range of categories in both direct and indirect procurement.   


Nicolas is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement transformation.    


He holds an EMBA and a MSc. in Supply Chain Management. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), Certified 5 Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM).  


Passionate about technology and knowledge sharing, Nicolas embraces innovation and lead with passion within the procurement and supply chain community.
